Au Revoir Mon Amour

In 1935, Leung Sum (Leung Ka-fai) leaves his beloved Mui Yi (Anita Mui) behind and joins the Chinese resistance in Shanghai. Six years later, as the Pacific Theater of World War II erupts, Leung Sum returns to Shanghai, only to find himself entangled in a web of love, betrayal, and war, with Mui Yi caught between her loyalty to him and her marriage to a Japanese officer, Noguchi (Hidekazu Akai).
