Adieu Bonaparte

In 19th-century Alexandria, General Michel Piccoli's character Caffarelli forms a complicated bond with a local poet (Mohsen Mohey ElDein) as Napoleon Bonaparte (Patrice Chéreau) occupies the city, bringing colonial desire and personal connection into conflict.
