The Suckling

On April 1, 1973 in Brooklyn, college student Bill takes his pregnant girlfriend Rebecca to get an abortion at a seedy back-alley clinic that also doubles as a brothel. After being rendered unconscious and waking up, Bertha is murdered by the mutated fetus after it's flushed down the toilet. The group of survivors, including Axel, Big Mama, and Candy, try to formulate a plan to escape, but eventually, they are killed off one by one by the monster, leaving Rebecca as the only survivor.
