In "No Dogs or Italians Allowed", Stefano Paganini (voice) brings to life Luigi Ughetto, a young Italian immigrant who travels from his home village of Ughettera in Northern Italy to France in the early 1900s, seeking a better life despite widespread anti-Italian discrimination.
