A classic New Year's Eve tradition turns into a comedy of errors when two old friends accidentally switch identities, leading to a night of mistaken identities, unexpected romance, and hilarious misunderstandings. As Zhenya Lukashin tries to find his way back to Moscow, he unexpectedly finds himself in the arms - and bed - of Nadya Shevelyova, who is desperate to shake off her fiancé Ippolit.
