A Dangerous Man

Steven Seagal plays Shane Daniels, an ex-soldier released from prison after spending six years locked up for a crime he did not commit. Within hours of his freedom, he witnesses a cop killing by Chinese mafia who have a kidnapped girl and a bag of drug money. He saves the wife of his late partner from a car jacking, but is later suspected in the death of the same trooper. Shane then stops two men attempting to rob him, but is forced to intervene when they kill a state trooper and try to kill witnesses, including Sergey.
