A criminal psychologist, Bill Chrushank (Jeff Fahey), loses his arm in a car crash and undergoes an experimental arm transplant surgery, replacing it with that of executed serial killer Charley Fletcher. One of three patients to receive the killer's limbs, Bill starts seeing visions of murders and becomes increasingly agitated and violent. He soon discovers the identities of the other two patients, Remo Lacey (Brad Dourif) and Mark Draper (Character Name), who are also experiencing similar visions and physical malfunctions, leading Bill to confront the dark forces behind his new arm.
