Thrashin'

Corey Webster (Josh Brolin) is an amateur skateboarder from out of town who falls for a beautiful blonde named Chrissy, who just happens to be the younger sister of Tommy Hook (Robert Rusler), leader of the tough punk rock skateboard gang "The Daggers." As tensions rise between their crews due to Corey's relationships with Chrissy and his defiance of Hook, the rivalry escalates into the deadly "L.A. Massacre," a downhill skate race that becomes a turning point in the feud. In the end, Corey emerges victorious and earns respect from Hook, who has come to admire his skill and sportsmanship.
