Checkin' It Twice

A struggling hockey player, played by Kevin McGarry, navigates a career crisis and finds love in a small town when he's traded to his new home and moves into the cottage of the real estate agent, Ashley (Kim Matula), who comes from a hockey-loving family. As Christmas approaches, this unlikely couple must confront their differences and figure out if their relationship can overcome their respective passions and personal goals. The film combines elements of romance, comedy, and action set against the backdrop of the holiday season and the sport of ice hockey.
