Zone of the Dead

In 1986, a mass grave containing corpses from Chernobyl is discovered, and a man dies after cutting himself on a corpse's ribcage. Years later, in Pancevo, Serbia, a professor tries to escape an increasing number of infected people, meeting an escaped felon named Armageddon who seeks to eradicate the zombies. As INTERPOL Agent Mina Milieus and her team try to survive the outbreak, they are aided by the prisoner who knows how zombies work due to his father's transformation during the Chernobyl incident.
