A womanizing sculptor seeks help from a psychiatrist to cure him of his obsession with women. In this remake of the 1977 French film L'Homme qui aimait les femmes, Burt Reynolds stars as David Fowler, an artist whose active romantic history leaves him socially, artistically, and sexually impotent. As he navigates a series of tumultuous affairs with multiple women, including prostitutes and wealthy socialites, David's psychiatrist Dr. Marianna Solari chronicles his obsessive love of women that ultimately leads to his downfall.
