In the dark streets of Greenwich Village, a Psycho stalks and kills its victims, cutting off their hair in a twisted signature. A fashion photographer and his girlfriend are targeted by the serial killer, who is revealed to be Jan C. Verbig (Wim Holland). As Detective Dana (William Martel) investigates the murders, he must navigate the complex web of connections between the victims and suspects. Lili Damar (Lili Dawn) becomes a key witness in the case against Verbig, the cunning serial killer who has been terrorizing the Village.
