Spasms

A gigantic serpent is captured on a remote island and shipped to an American college for experimentation, where it wreaks havoc on unsuspecting students and faculty, fueled by a deadly venom that can cause rapid swelling and visceral tissues to burst, as well as telepathic connections with its human hosts. A reclusive millionaire's obsession with the snake leads him to hire a psychiatrist to help him rid of its psychic link, but Satanic cults and government agents are also on the hunt, adding to the chaos.
