Sick Girl

Wren Pepper (Nina Dobrev) is a 30-something party gal who feels her closest friends slipping away, so she lets loose a little white lie that spirals out of control when they go above and beyond to support her after hearing she has cancer. This leads to awkward situations where Wren must lie to the public, her parents, and even an actual cancer patient named Leo (Brandon Mychal Smith), played by one half of the popular boy band Fall Out Boy.
