Cadet Kelly

In this lighthearted Disney Channel Original Movie, a hyperactive teenager named Kelly is forced to trade in her free-spirited lifestyle for discipline and structure when she's enrolled into a military school run by her new stepfather, the Commandant of George Washington Military Academy. As Kelly navigates her new surroundings and tries out for the drill team, she must also contend with the harsh words and actions of her cadet captain, who sees her as nothing more than a pesky "maggot." With the help of her friends and a newfound appreciation for teamwork, Kelly learns to channel her energy into something positive and discovers a sense of pride and belonging she never knew she had.
