Besharam is a 2013 Indian action comedy film about Babli (Ranbir Kapoor), a charming and street-smart car mechanic who steals cars to support his orphanage. He falls for Tara (Pallavi Sharda) but realizes he's done the one thing that hurts her, leading him to try to make amends. With the help of Inspector Chulbul Chautala (Rishi Kapoor), Head Constable Bulbul Chautala (Neetu Singh), and a series of misadventures, Babli must rescue Tara's car from a hawala king and save his orphanage.
