Against the Dark

In a world ravaged by an epidemic that turns humans into mindless, blood-thirsty creatures resembling vampires and zombies, a small group of survivors must fight for survival in an abandoned hospital where they're trapped among the infected. Led by Tao (Steven Seagal), a squad of ex-military vigilantes is determined to find and rescue the desperate survivors, but time is running out as a massive army base prepares to bomb the area. With stairways blocked off and elevators sealed, the group must navigate treacherous levels, avoid deadly traps, and fend off hordes of infected in a desperate bid for escape - but at what cost?
