In this dark comedy mockumentary, Pauly Shore reenacts his own infamous fall from fame, a tale of self-destruction and resurrection that eerily echoes his real-life struggles in the late 1990s. After losing everything, including his fortune and reputation, Shore fakes his own death to drum up publicity for his dwindling career. But when the media frenzy reaches its peak, he's forced to confront the harsh reality of celebrity culture and the price of fame - a lesson that only comes after a harrowing stint in prison, courtesy of one very angry fan.
