The Whip and the Body

In this haunting gothic horror film, Christopher Lee returns to his family's seaside castle after years of absence, determined to reclaim his inheritance and reunite with his former lover Nevenka (Daliah Lavi), who is now married to his brother Christian. But as the boundaries between reality and madness begin to blur, it becomes clear that Kurt's presence in the castle sets off a chain of violent events, including a tragic love triangle, family secrets, and unspeakable horrors. As the locals whisper about the cursed inheritance, Nevenka finds herself trapped in a web of desire and terror, her visions of Kurt's ghost becoming increasingly sinister.
