No Time for Sergeants

In this hilarious 1958 comedy film, a naive but physically strong Georgia farm boy named Will Stockdale is drafted into the United States Air Force, much to the dismay of his drill instructor, Master Sergeant Orville C. King. As Will's unique strengths and weaknesses become apparent, he takes advantage of the system to earn promotions and eventually finds himself paired with his former nemesis in a high-stakes bombing mission over Nevada's Yucca Flats atomic bomb test site, leading to a series of outrageous misadventures that showcase Will's unorthodox leadership skills.
