"Nasty Baby" is a drama film about a gay couple, Freddy (Sebastián Silva) and Mo (Tunde Adebimpe), who enlist their friend Polly's (Kristen Wiig) help to create a baby due to fertility issues. As they navigate pregnancy and parenthood, they face harassment from their homophobic neighbor, The Bishop (Reg E. Cathey), whose behavior escalates into violent assault on Polly.
