Nostradamus

In 16th century France, Michel de Nostradamus (Tchéky Karyo) adopts a more scientific approach to dealing with plagues, aligning himself with Julius Caesar Scalinger (F. Murray Abraham). He also predicts the death of Henry II in a jousting match and says he constantly has "Hister" on his mind. As Nostradamus's influence grows, so does his appointment as court physician to Charles IX of France, where he must navigate religious fervor and fear from the church.
