Wayne, a grizzled Christmas elf, is struggling to come to terms with his latest promotion setback when he's paired with a rambunctious rookie named Lanny. As they work together on a Prep & Landing mission, Wayne's bitterness and inexperience put the entire operation at risk - but ultimately, they team up to save the day and prove that even the most unlikely of duos can make a difference. Along the way, Santa himself lends a helping hand, reminding Wayne of the true spirit of Christmas.
