Waitress: The Musical

Jenna Hunterson (Sara Bareilles), a small-town waitress and expert pie baker, dreams of escaping her rocky marriage to an abusive husband. As she navigates her pregnancy and explores new relationships, Jenna finds solace in baking and discovers her own strength through the support of her fellow waitresses, Becky and Dawn. With music by Sara Bareilles and direction by Diane Paulus, "Waitress: The Musical" premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival on June 12, 2023, featuring a talented cast that includes Charity Angél Dawson, Caitlin Houlahan, Drew Gehling, Dakin Matthews, Eric Anderson, Joe Tippett, and Christopher Fitzgerald.
