Journey to the West

"Journey to the West" (2021) follows Tang Zhijun (Yang Haoyu), a magazine editor who believes in alien life, as he embarks on a journey through Southwestern China in search of extraterrestrial creatures after being convinced by a mysterious young man named Sun Yitong. Joined by his team and an eccentric poet, they venture into the unknown, driven by Tang's quest for signs of alien civilization. Along the way, they encounter strange occurrences and unexpected encounters that blur the lines between reality and fantasy.
