The Last Time

The Last Time is a 2006 American independent black comedy film starring Michael Keaton as Ted Ryker, Brendan Fraser as Jamie Bashant, Amber Valletta as Belisa, and Daniel Stern as John Whitman. Ted, a top salesman in the New York office of business machine company Bineview, falls in love with beautiful woman Belisa after they have sex, but their affair is complicated by Belisa's engagement to Jamie, a callow Midwesterner. As the story unfolds, it becomes clear that Belisa and Jamie are actually double agents sent to infiltrate Bineview and destroy Ted's sales performance as part of a corporate takeover strategy. In the end, Belisa discovers a personal message from Ted in Oscar Wilde's novel The Picture of Dorian Gray, leaving her broken-hearted but ultimately leading to Ted finding happiness in his true calling.
