College friends Amy, Brock, Jesse, Stephanie, Kevin, and Kelly vacation in Vilnius, Lithuania. While exploring a strange club, Amy finds an intriguing series of portraits belonging to the Cuzas family. Amy gets a tattoo to commemorate her trip, but she's soon captured by The Artist, a maniacal tattoo artist who uses his skills for twisted and sinister purposes. As the group searches for their missing friends, they realize that Brock and Amy are being held captive in The Artist's dungeon, where he subjects them to unspeakable torture and transformation into human canvases for his dark art.
