Girl Vs. Monster

Skylar Lewis, played by Olivia Holt, discovers on Halloween that she's a fifth-generation monster hunter and must channel her inner strength to defeat monsters, including her personal one, Deimata, which was previously contained in her parents' secret unit. With the help of her friends, Skylar learns to face her fears and overcome them, including her fear of stage fright. Along the way, she also uncovers a long-held family secret and saves her parents from Deimata's wrath. In the end, Skylar overcomes her fears and finds friendship with her rival, Myra.
