Devoured

Lourdes (Marta Milans), a young woman from El Salvador, works in an upscale restaurant in New York City to raise money for her ill son's surgery. As she endures physical and emotional abuse at work, including sexual harassment and assault, Lourdes finds solace in her phone calls with her son and interactions with Friendly Frankie Callahan (Bruno Gunn), a kind firefighter who is the only person to show her kindness. However, while cleaning one night, Lourdes begins experiencing strange visions of shadowy figures that seem to be out to get her.
