Death Notice: A Serial Killer Leaving Notes

In Hong Kong, a vigilante serial killer known as Darker leaves ominous death notices, prompting the police to launch a special task force to uncover a hidden conspiracy. Chief Superintendent Hon Ho (Louis Koo) leads the investigation alongside inspector Law Fei (Julian Cheung), who is skilled in observation and analysis. As each execution occurs, Law starts to notice clues that lead him to believe Wong Siu-ping (Francis Ng Chun-Yu), a homeless man who survived an explosion ten years ago, may be connected to Darker's true identity.
