In 1980s Mumbai, a young boy named Ramakant sets out to find his long-lost brother Uday, who he believes has emigrated to America, instead discovering that he is missing and presumed dead. With nothing but his father's forged letters as a lead, Ramakant embarks on a perilous journey through India's underbelly to uncover the truth about his brother's disappearance.
