Snoopy Presents: Welcome Home, Franklin

Franklin Armstrong (Caleb Bellavance) moves to a new town with his family due to his father's military service, struggling to make friends before bonding with Charlie Brown over racing in a Soap Box Derby. The two boys become partners and friends, with Franklin's ultimate goal of winning the race so he can be accepted by the gang. After a series of mishaps and setbacks, including a runaway ice cream cart blocking their path, Franklin and Charlie Brown ultimately finish the race together, earning respect from the rest of the Peanuts gang. In the end, Franklin finds acceptance and belonging with his new friends, celebrating as his father's job assignment means he can stay in one place for the first time.
