Double Teamed

The 2002 Disney Channel Original Movie "Double Teamed" tells the inspiring true story of identical twin sisters Heather and Heidi Burge, who are forced to leave their school to attend a bigger institution in hopes of securing college scholarships. Despite initially resenting each other's involvement in sports, the twins find success on the basketball court with the help of their teammate Nicky Williams, while learning valuable lessons about teamwork, perseverance, and following their passions. As they navigate their individual interests and talents, Heather and Heidi forge a path to professional stardom, becoming two of the top players in the WNBA - although their careers took them down different paths.
