Wiener-Dog

A dachshund passes from oddball owner to oddball owner, whose radically dysfunctional lives are all impacted by the pooch. The film is a black-comedy anthology that follows Wiener-Dog's lifetime journey with its different owners, including a cancer-surviving son and his eccentric family, a vet who nurses the dog back to health after her untimely euthanasia, a screenwriting professor whose negativity inspires terror, and an elderly woman who names her "Cancer" before the dog meets a tragic end.
