Ernesto

"Ernesto", a gripping biographical drama, follows Freddy Maemura Hurtado as he leaves his roots to study medicine in Cuba, where he becomes entwined with revolutionist Che Guevara. The film chronicles the pivotal moment when Hurtado's homeland erupts into civil war and he chooses to join Guevara's revolutionary army, adopting a new identity as "Ernesto Medico".
