"Feel the Noise" is a 2007 drama film about an African American-Puerto Rican aspiring rapper, Rob Vega (Omarion), who flees to Puerto Rico after a run-in with thugs and finds his salvation in Reggaeton music. There, he meets his step-brother Javi Vega (Victor Rasuk) and dancer C.C. (Zulay Henao), and together they pursue their dream of becoming Reggaeton stars, overcoming obstacles along the way.
