In the midst of war-torn Estonia, 1918, two brothers face a daunting choice when Henn Ahas hesitates to join his brother on the bolshevik side or follow their government troops into battle. Captured by the enemy and then freed with the help of an unlikely ally, Henn finds himself torn between loyalty to his family and country as he navigates the harsh realities of war alongside his classmates from gymnasium.
