Free State of Jones

In a pivotal moment in American history, Newton Knight's actions sparked a revolution that would forever change the course of the Civil War. A Confederate soldier turned fugitive, Knight finds refuge with a group of runaway slaves and forges an alliance with them to lead a rebellion against the oppressive Confederacy. With his bravery and conviction, he helps to defend his community against slave catchers and Confederate forces, ultimately leading to the establishment of the "Free State of Jones".
