Mars Needs Women

Mars Needs Women is a 1968 science fiction film about Martians who launch an interplanetary quest to find women on Earth due to their genetic deficiency. Led by Tommy Kirk's Dop, the Martian males attempt to recruit American women to mate with them and produce female offspring, but things take a turn when Dop becomes enamored with a Pulitzer Prize-winning scientist, Yvonne Craig's Dr. Bolen. Despite their sophisticated technology, the Martians' mission is ultimately derailed by human military forces, leaving their civilization still in dire need of women.
