La Chimera

In Italy's 1980s small town on the Tyrrhenian Sea, Josh O'Connor plays Arthur, a British archaeologist-turned-grave robber with a gift for divining Etruscan tombs. His odyssey is filled with quirky people and events as he tries to find his way and a moral footing, all while searching for the elusive Chimera - something he cannot quite achieve. Joining forces with an aged operatic instructor (Isabella Rossellini) skilled at fleecing her students, a young photographer named Melodie (whose aunt runs an illicit operation), and a live-in maid turned potential love interest (Carol Duarte), Arthur's adventure unfolds between forests, cities, celebrations, and solitudes.
