Irene takes a job as a receptionist at Waldhaus, a hotel in the Austrian Alps, where the employee she replaced, Eva, mysteriously vanished. As Irene settles into her new role, she discovers the dark history and eerie legends surrounding the hotel. Character Birgit Minichmayr plays Petra, Irene's co-worker who harbors secrets about the hotel's past.
