Cannibal Holocaust

A New York University professor returns from a rescue mission to the Amazon rainforest with the footage shot by a lost team of documentarians who were making a film about the area's local cannibal tribes. The recovered footage is graphic and disturbing, showing violence, animal cruelty, and brutal treatment of indigenous peoples. As Monroe views the footage, he becomes increasingly horrified by the station's decision to air it, leading him to show them the unedited, unflinching reality of the film.
