Under the Boardwalk

Under the Boardwalk is a 1989 American teen romance/drama film directed by Fritz Kiersch and starring Keith Coogan as Andy and Danielle von Zerneck as Allie, whose love becomes complicated when her brother Reef Yorpin (Steve Monarque) discovers she's fallen for their rival gang's surfer, Nick. The final weekend of summer is marked by a surf contest between the Vals and Lowks, but the rivalry takes a backseat to family dynamics and romance.
