In December 1941, Czech soldiers Jozef Gabčík and Jan Kubiš parachute into their occupied homeland to assassinate Nazi officer Reinhard Heydrich in a daring mission that sets off a chain of events that will change the course of history. As they navigate the treacherous landscape of war-torn Europe, the two agents must find a way to carry out their deadly objective and ignite a resistance movement against the oppressive Nazi regime. With the help of a small group of brave women and other plotters, Gabčík and Kubiš embark on a perilous plan that will lead to one of the most pivotal moments in World War II history.
