The Perfect Weapon

In a dystopian future, a totalitarian state controlled by "The Director" exercises total control over its citizens. An elite assassin known as Condor is deployed to eliminate an opposition leader, but he fails and must flee from the very organization that employs him, setting off a chain of events with far-reaching consequences for all involved.
