Storm War

"Storm War" is a 2011 drama, sci-fi, thriller film about two estranged brothers who reunite after a series of freak weather occurrences in Washington D.C., led by their father Marcus Grange (Stacy Keach), a former climate scientist who invented the Thundered, an arm that can cause catastrophic climatic shifts. As the brothers try to stop Marcus's destructive plans, they discover that all his enemies have mysteriously died under freak weather accidents.
