Blood Punch

Milton, a college dropout, finds himself in a remote cabin in the woods after being broken out of rehab by Skyler and her trigger-happy boyfriend Russell. As he's drawn into a dark love triangle gone haywire, Milton must confront his cursed existence with unlimited ammunition and a growing body count. With each iteration of Tuesday, he's forced to choose between killing Skyler or escaping the valley, which seems to be trapped in a bizarre time loop.
