The Delinquents

In suburban Kansas City, a group of hot-rod greasers stir trouble in a bar when they are denied drinks, leading to chaos and violence. 18-year-old Scotty White, an outsider among his peers, finds himself caught up in the gang's world after he falls for Janice Wilson, who her father has deemed too young to date him. As Scotty tries to win Janice back from her captors, a group of carousing delinquents hold him hostage and force him to confront the consequences of his association with them. The film takes a dark and introspective turn as it explores themes of violence, immorality, and responsibility in a community on the brink of chaos.
