Time of Moulting

In 1970s West Germany, Stephanie Jung is raised by her emotionally distant and desinterested mother Sybille and neglectful father Reinhardt in a small town. As she grows older, Stephanie finds solace in exploring the mysteries of their increasingly untidy house, particularly the tools found on the Dachboden, including her grandfather's butcher's equipment. Her younger self takes comfort in these objects, but as an adult, Older Stephanie Jung becomes more sinisterly drawn to them.
