Imagine walking down the street and finding an unmarked VHS tape. Curiosity piqued, you take it home and pop it in, unaware that your evening will descend into a descent into ultra-realistic torture as unidentified psychopaths tape their exploits, revealing shattered pasts via interactions with victims and each other. Presented in an intentionally amateurish found-footage style, the film follows Peter, a serial killer who kidnaps and murders several people while his unnamed accomplice records the crimes.
